History
CPA Studio is formed on the base of a group of architects, and designers from Italia and Switzerland. CPA Studio was establish operation by Phuc Nguyen in 2009 under the associates studio. CPA activated in the field of architectural design consultancy, Urban planning, landscape
design , interior design. Base on the priciple of sustainable development, extensive cooperation roadmap, enthusiatic energetic and professional leaders team and staffs, CPA have been collaborating with some international consulting as AECOM, Belcolins, Contrast Ratio…
Our strength is real estate projects that focus on landscape elements such as resorts, low-density residential areas, and natural and human energy factors

Phuc Nguyen is a consultant in Real Estate through master planner and architecture with strong professional background in Vietnam. He is a professional consultant and design leader with the highest understanding of the markets while providing sustainable solutions for both private and business developments. He has matured the best understanding of the Vietnam markets and developments while providing valuable professional services in master planning, architecture, urban design and landscape archietcture thanks for his real estate background and knowledge of the living space
Gabriele Gascon
Architect, Gascon Group, Partner
Gabriele is CEO of Gascon Group headoffice in Switzerland. He founded Gascón – the Italian hotel & Clinic signature in Switzerland, which was the place he chose to complete his training. After completing a Master of Science in Architecture in Mendrisio, he set up his first architecture studio.
The choice to specifically devote his career to the hospitality industry was inspired by his understanding of the sector’s various requirements and his desire to offer the best possible service that is comprehensive, skilled, and of a high quality. Hospitalityis his world, Gabriele, by nature, loves everything
that is repre- sented by good hospitality. His birthplace, Sicily, which is known as the land of hospitality, contributed to the refinement of such sensitivity. Furthermore, his style pays
