Interior design and decoration is an inseparable field from architectural design and engineering, which has existed for a long time in the history of human civilization. Through many changes from life, interior design also changes according to many different trends and styles. Design style is the first factor to decide. Rather, interior design style is a guideline remaining elements of the interior. Sometimes the owner do not give their ideas but just say their favorite styles such as Classic, Neoclassical, Nordic, Modern, etc.
The interior of the house is to show a part of the owner’s lifestyle, personality as well as social point of view. Human beings cannot be
perfect if they lose the most important what is the soul. Your house, too, will lose vitality if you ignore the inevitable part that is the interior. Interior space is not only the objects with its function, but also the space for connecting peoples with each other.

Urban Design

Along with the process of industrialization and modernization of the country, the speed of urbanization in the world is also increasing rapidly, the national urban system is interested in investing and developing in both quantity and quality. Many urban areas, rural

Nowadays Vietnam is developing many global trends urban such as the development of a compact, modern and identity urban, ecological city, an energy-efficient, efficient urban green urban areas, climate change adaptive cities, sustainable urban, etc. These are the issues that I
attention to when implementing planning projects. In addition, experience from the real estate market helps me to come up with
